Gallimaufry Coaching and Creative Services I coach and support parents, families, and individuals! I offer trauma-informed care for those navigating Neurodiversity, attachment, regulation & life skills.

gh my own creativity. Whether I am creating from a photo, the real thing, or creating imagery from words on a page, there is something truly magnificent about blessing my own heart and the hearts of others through art. I have many mediums that I work in:

Acrylic, Water color, and oil paints. Wood carving/burning. Pastels (oil and chalk)

Fabrics/ wall hangings/hair pieces

Multi-media and more! If I can dream it or hear the vision from someone else, then I can create a visual! I love to find inspiration around me and inspire someone else through art media. Some pictures that are posted are available for sale, others have found homes already. I do accept commissions and would love to create something for you or a loved one! My clients may not always realize when something is wrong… but I do! I cannot always make the changes perfect, but when I can present a truly finished product, I always will.

I was home relaxing last night and glanced at a picture, and this was my exact response! So this morning, I was heading into town anyway, so why not make the slight change to complete the job well?!

I am so honored to have been invited back to OMW Uptown Market to create another Fall themed window! They had wanted something that they could possibly write weekly specials on, so this is my first time incorporating white dry erase contact paper into the painting, but I think it still looks nice (and hopefully will serve their purpose. My daughter is wanting to be a bigger part of learning how to do window painting, so I was very excited to have her along for the adventure, and she did so great!

If you are in the downtown Vancouver area and looking for a place to sit down and enjoy some food and beverages, or if you are rushing from one place to another but need a quick and filling meal on the go, this is a great place to stop! Awesome service, such good food, and a warm and welcoming space!

I wear a bunch of hats in my life, and one of them is business owner! In my business I am a mental health life and family coach and artist! I offer a gallimaufry of services! Today I’m taking you to one part of my job, and that is where I take my artistic skills and paint windows! My art part of the business enables me to make my coaching more financially accessible to individuals and families that would not otherwise be able to afford it, so here we go!
