As a trainer, I’ve heard it all. The “I don’t have time” the “I have kids” the “I have a busy schedule” the “he doesn’t support my journey” the list can go on and ON! But the answer stays the same. It’s time@to stop disrespecting yourself and time to respect yourself! Pour into yourself the way you pour into them kids, that man/women, them homegirls! YOU are the most valuable player on your team now ACT LIKE IT!

I’m not only doing it for myself, but for them as well. I know it can be hard, time-consuming, and well sometimes even annoying to have your kids join you. But they NEED this more than you think! In a time when tablets, video games, and fast food are taking over. They need to go outside, use their minds, and move their bodies. If it makes me FEEL GOOD then I know it will make them FEEL GOOD! 👟🫶🏽

Apparently, the moment you have a baby, your wardrobe is supposed to come with a rulebook. 😂

Newsflash: I didn’t trade my personality in for a diaper bag.

I’ll wear the biker shorts.
I’ll wear the crop top.
I’ll wear whatever makes me feel good.

Being a good mom has nothing to do with the length of my shorts and everything to do with the love I pour into my kids.

Normalize letting moms be HOT, happy, and confident.💅🫦✨
