We’re currently hiring PRN (as-needed) Direct Support Professionals at Vanguard Landing! (Hiring PT and FT too)

The PRN or PT role is PERFECT for:
• Moms with flexible availability
• Teachers on summer break
• Caregivers or CNAs
• People with a sibling or child with disabilities
• Compassionate people looking for meaningful work

Our PRN team members:
✔️ Choose shifts that work for THEIR schedule
✔️ Only need to work 1 shift/month to stay active
✔️ Receive full DSP training + orientation
✔️ Can stay PRN OR grow into a permanent role

🇺🇸❤️ What a wonderful way to celebrate America’s 250th Birthday! ❤️🇺🇸

Today at Vanguard Landing, we held our 1st Annual Fourth of July Porch Decorating Contest, and it was everything we hoped it would be—creative, patriotic, and full of smiles.

Each cottage and townhouse transformed their porch into a unique celebration of America, with residents and staff working together to bring their ideas to life. From handcrafted decorations and patriotic displays to welcoming front porches, every home reflected the pride, creativity, and teamwork that make our community so special.
