Why we're networking /vending on Mondays & Tuesdays.

People and businesses are usually less busy, which means attendees are more present and more open to real conversations. It also gives vendors and professionals the chance to make connections and generate income before the week is over, not after it’s already passed.

For businesses, it brings in customers on days that are normally slower. And honestly, I’ve had more successful events on Mondays and Tuesdays than I ever did on a Saturday.

When you connect with your inner child. They don't go back into hiding. They stay out to make you have fun. To be spontaneous. To venture in the moments... Cause as adults... we forget to take breaks and be.....

I went to do my breathing exercises and noticed my bubble so I said ok great ima add them...
Which turned into me blowing bubbles, jumping around popping them... laughing and giggling...
Had a good moment with myself.

Take time today to do something that makes you have fun. Even if just a few moments in your busy day.

You don't have to stay in pain.
Basically is a choice to alleviate pain when it is a issue before becomes a bigger problem.
30 seconds of stretching alleviated what I created within 6 hours of tension.

We all crave certain things (whatever the vice is) for different reasons... Some reasons are because of parasites, sometimes it is emotional and there's times it could be because your body is starving for particular nutrients....
Whatever the reason... Don't guilt yourself.
Be aware of the causes and know what to do when the effect hits.

Wholistically, we've assisted people in those effecting moments. 😆
Gotten people right during the Aftermath. And guided people thru the storm...
