📚Every smile has a story, but some stories are more complex than others. This patient came to us with a difficult history: missing teeth and multiple bone grafting attempts that unfortunately didn’t take, even under the care of well-regarded surgeons.
With her wedding day fast approaching, the clock was ticking. While bridges aren’t my first choice due to long-term maintenance complexities and complications, they were the right choice for her journey and her timeline.

• Navigating a site with previous surgical complications.
• The “Canine Disguise”: We had to meticulously reshape and mask the bulk of her natural canines to make them appear as delicate, symmetrical lateral incisors.
