Sometimes the strongest thing we can do is step away long enough to come back to ourselves. ❤️‍🔥

After a year of pouring so much of myself into Torch, I realized I had stopped making space for my own mental health. So I headed north—solo. Part adventure, part nostalgia, and a whole lot of reconnecting.

We can’t outrun the things we carry. Sometimes we have to get quiet enough to face them.

A little time on the road. A little healing. A little finding my way back to me. 🌲🚙✨
