If you’ve stepped into the massage space lately, chances are you’ve already felt Sarah’s calming energy and caring presence.

Sarah has been part of the Torch community as a yoga student for 2 years and recently joined the team as our massage therapist. She's magical and specializes in therapeutic massage, deep tissue, and cupping.

Before becoming a massage therapist, Sarah spent 6 years as a NASM certified personal trainer, so she brings a deep understanding of movement, recovery, and overall wellness into every massage treatment.

Outside the studio, Sarah loves spending time with her family, hiking, gardening, beach days, and hanging out with her husband (her high school sweetheart! awwwww), their 4 kids, and 2 crazy pups 🐾

When asked what she’d tell someone thinking about trying Torch, her answer was simple:
“Try it! You’ll fall in love!” 🫶🏽

Sarah, we are SO happy to have you as part of the Torch Tribe and grateful for the warmth, healing energy, and care you bring to this community.
