No tricks, just treats... and training too! 🎃🐾

Our Service Dogs in Training had a spooktacular time posing with Halloween decorations during a recent training outing at the The Virginia Zoo 👻

Happy Halloween! 🎉

It's official! 🎓🐾 Please join us in congratulating our 2026 Service Dog graduates, Team One and Team Smudge! 🎉

Graduation celebrates the time and training that have brought them here, the completion of Transfer Camp, and the beginning of their next chapter together. We are so proud of these teams and cannot wait to see where life takes them. ❤️

To the Puppy Raisers, volunteers, donors, community partners, and MWAM staff who helped make these partnerships possible, thank you for all of your hard work and being part of their journey. 🦮

Congratulations, Team One and Team Smudge! Welcome to the MWAM Family ❤️

Last month, we welcomed Dr. Ian Dunbar to Mutts With A Mission for Q&A sessions and training classes with our Puppy Raisers. 🦮

Our Puppy Raisers put so much time and work into helping our Service Dogs in Training learn and grow. Opportunities to ask questions and build their skills are something we're grateful to share. ❤️

Thank you, Dr. Dunbar, for spending time with our MWAM family and sharing your knowledge! 🐾

Same CAPT Sage, just temporarily on a different ship! 🐾

CAPT Sage is on Temporary Assigned Duty (TAD) aboard the future PCU John F. Kennedy - CVN 79 helping the ship’s new Expeditionary Facility Dog (EFD) handling team learn the ropes! ⚓️

The USS Gerald R. Ford - CVN 78 is generously loaning Sage to the JFK while the Ford selects new EFD handlers and completes their training with Mutts With A Mission. In the meantime, Sage is excited to help the JFK team gain additional experience before receiving their own EFD. ❤️
