Our classes are available online and in-person at fitness spaces across the country! We offer three different workout formats to meet a variety of fitness needs, all featuring upbeat, family-friendly music and moves. Do you love dancing and toning to uplifting music? Then our REFIT classes are for you! Our REFIT classes are aerobic dance workouts guaranteed to pump you up and get you sweating. If

you prefer lower-impact workouts designed to tone, strengthen, and stretch, then our REV + FLOW classes are tailor-made for you! If you’re a HIT fan, our HIT 45 classes will bring the heat and challenge your strength and endurance. All of these classes are available virtually through our REFIT On Demand service, which allows you to stream all of our studio classes at your own convenience, from the device of your choosing! Our licensed instructors bring heart AND heat to every workout and if becoming a REFIT Instructor is your thing (pssst, it IS your thing!), we offer convenient and inspiring Instructor Training both online and in-person!
