Last week on Armed Forces Day, we paused to honor and express our deepest gratitude to the brave men and women who have served and continue to serve our country with courage, sacrifice, and unwavering dedication. Your commitment to protecting our freedoms will never go unnoticed, and we are forever thankful for all you have done for our nation.

We would also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our local members of the Marine Corps League for graciously spending the afternoon earlier this month with our residents, sharing stories, laughter, and meaningful moments while honoring the service of our veterans. Your presence brought so much joy and appreciation to everyone involved, and we are incredibly grateful for the time and respect you showed our community.

In honor of National Waitstaff Appreciation Day, we would like to recognize and celebrate the life of Ms. Elaine. Recently, Ms. Elaine gained her angel wings, and even though she is no longer with us in her physical form, we know she lives on through her spirit. Elaine has been a server in our community for the last 5 years and had an amazing impact within our assisted living and memory care neighborhoods.

From anticipating our residents’ needs before they even have to ask, to serving three meals a day with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care, Elaine never failed to go above and beyond every single day. Her hard work, patience, and dedication helped create a warm and welcoming dining experience that our residents looked forward to daily.

We ask you to keep our community and her family in your prayers during this difficult time, and welcome you to join us in celebrating her life next Tuesday, May 26th at 2:00 in our chapel.

Last week, we gathered together for a beautiful Mother’s Day Tea Celebration filled with love, laughter, sweet conversations, and heartfelt appreciation for the incredible women who nurture, guide, support, and love so selflessly. 💐☕✨
We were honored to celebrate mothers in every capacity of motherhood — biological mothers, bonus moms, grandmothers, godmothers, spiritual mothers, mentors, caregivers, and every woman whose love leaves a lasting imprint on the lives of others. Your strength, grace, wisdom, and compassion do not go unnoticed.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the day so special. From the elegant tea setting to the warm fellowship shared around each table, it was truly a memorable celebration of the beauty of motherhood and the power of community.
