✨ Meet Our Physical Therapist: Shellee! ✨

We’re so lucky to have Shellee as part of our Spring Oak community! 💚 Shellee attended Old Dominion University and earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She has been a PT for three years and currently serves as the lead therapist with Link Rehab and Wellness.

Shellee brings so much patience, positivity, and heart to everything she does. She leads exercises for our residents each week and joins us for monthly events, always finding ways to make physical therapy fun, functional, and centered around each resident’s individual goals.

With outpatient experience working with Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, and multiple balance deficits, Shellee brings valuable expertise to our community.

Outside of work, Shellee loves to travel ✈️—she’s visited Australia and will be heading to Japan this fall! She’s also a self-proclaimed food connoisseur 🍴 and is getting married this November! 💍❤️

We’re grateful for all Shellee does to keep our residents moving, motivated, and thriving! 🌿

Our Purple with a Purpose Party was purple-tastic! 💜 From Purple Rain to lavender lemonade, we were all purpled out and having a fabulous time! Even our pet therapy pupAnna Harris was decked out in a purple bow tie and ready to party! 🐾💜
Best of all, together we raised $200 for the Alzheimer’s Association! 💜 What a wonderful day of fun, laughter, and giving back to a great cause. Thank you to Trinity HospiceLink Rehab and WellnessCompassus Hospice & Palliative Care - Virginia and everyone who helped make it so special! 💜

Our residents love giving back! ❤️ We’re excited to add a new tradition to our give-back schedule with our Baking Club! 🧁
This week, our residents baked delicious chocolate chip cookies to deliver to Warrenton Rural Volunteer Fire Department🍪🚒 We were greeted with such a warm welcome and loved being able to brighten their day with a little homemade goodness.
We’re looking forward to many more baking days and opportunities to give back to the wonderful people in our community! ❤️
