🌦️ Rain or shine, AGAPE is here for you!

Despite a little rain, we had a wonderful time celebrating at Aurora's America 250 Celebration! While the weather may have dampened the ground, it certainly didn't dampen the spirits of everyone who came out to celebrate this incredible community.

We enjoyed connecting with residents, sharing information about AGAPE Health Services, and spreading the exciting news that a permanent AGAPE clinic is coming soon to Aurora! Until then, our Mobile Medical Unit will continue serving the community one day each week, bringing quality healthcare closer to home.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our table, visited with our team, and helped make the day so special.

We are honored to be part of Aurora's story and look forward to serving this community as it continues to grow, rebuild, and thrive.

🎉 Happy Birthday, to our own Donna Depner! 🎉

We almost let the day slip by…and then someone reminded us that forgetting the birthday of the person who keeps our data, dashboards, and EPIC running smoothly might not be the best career move. 😅

In all seriousness, Donna is one of those people whose work often happens behind the scenes, but the impact is felt by everyone. She is our EPIC guru, our go-to problem solver, and the calm voice on the other end of the phone, text, or email whenever technology decides to have “a moment.”

Donna, thank you for your dedication, your knowledge, your patience, and for keeping our systems, our data, and all of us on track. We appreciate everything you do—even if we occasionally wait until the last minute to post your birthday wishes. 😉

Stronger Together. Better for Our Patients. 💚

At Agape Health Services, we believe that the best patient care begins with a strong, knowledgeable team.

Recently, we hosted two days of OCHIN EPIC training at our Williamston clinic, bringing together our practice managers, billing staff, finance team, and revenue cycle specialists for a collaborative learning experience.

The training helped team members gain a deeper understanding of each other's roles and how every step of the revenue cycle impacts the patient experience. One of the biggest takeaways was the importance of ensuring patient registration and insurance information is accurate and complete from the very beginning. Clean, complete Patient Access Records (PARs) help ensure claims are processed correctly, reduce delays, and support the financial health of our organization.

By learning together, sharing perspectives, and strengthening collaboration across departments, we're improving our workflows and continuing to provide the highest quality care to the communities we serve.

Dr. Nurulla Diyanat serves as the Dental Director at AGAPE Health Services, bringing more than 20 years of experience in providing comprehensive, high-quality oral health care. As a skilled general dentist, Dr. Diyanat is committed to expanding access to exceptional dental services and is especially passionate about caring for underserved communities.

Throughout his career, Dr. Diyanat has remained dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care while promoting lifelong oral health and overall wellness. His leadership, clinical expertise, and commitment to excellence help ensure that every patient receives the highest standard of care.
