Agape Health Services is excited to invite local organizations, businesses, health and wellness professionals, community programs, and resource providers to join us as a vendor at our 3rd Annual Wellness Fair!

📅 Saturday, October 24
⏰ 10 AM–1 PM
📍 1201 Carolina Ave., Washington, NC 27889

Our Wellness Fair is all about bringing our community together in one place to connect, collaborate, have fun, and make health and wellness resources more accessible to the people we serve. Being a vendor/Sponsor is a wonderful opportunity to share what your organization has to offer while being part of a larger community effort to support healthier families throughout our area.

We are also collecting donations for our raffle give away if you are interested in participating in that way.

And did we mention it’s going to be FUN?! 🎉 We’ll have free food, free health screenings, a bounce house, face painting, giveaways, music, community resources, and more!

We would love to have you join us and help make this year’s Wellness Fair our biggest and best yet. Together, we can create an event that connects our community with valuable resources while giving families a day to simply come together and enjoy themselves.

Agape Health Services was proud to support the Sickle Cell Prayer Walk & American Red Cross Blood Drive, hosted by the Washington-Plymouth Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

It was wonderful to see our community come together to raise awareness for sickle cell disease, support those affected, and encourage lifesaving blood donations. Our Agape team was there sharing information about our services, handing out goodies, and connecting with members of the community. 💚

Thank you to everyone who walked, donated, volunteered, and helped make this meaningful event possible!

🎉 What an incredible day for Agape Health Services and the Washington community!

Yesterday, we officially celebrated the opening of our newest healthcare center on Carolina Avenue with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony surrounded by staff, community leaders, partners, friends, and neighbors.

This new location represents so much more than a new building. It represents years of growth, a continued response to the healthcare needs of our community, and another important step in our mission to make high-quality, affordable healthcare accessible to everyone who needs it.

We were honored to hear from several special guest speakers throughout the afternoon, including Washington Mayor Ellen Brabo, who reflected on Agape Health Services’ history, its growth, and the impact our organization has made throughout the community.

The day was made even more meaningful as we honored the life and legacy of the late Dr. Julius Mallette, former Director of Behavioral Health and Substance Use at Agape Health Services. Our new medical complex will proudly bear his name, ensuring that his dedication to caring for others and serving this community will continue to be remembered.

With expanded space for adult and pediatric care and plans for additional behavioral health, integrated care, and pharmacy services, the Carolina Avenue location will allow us to serve even more individuals and families in the years ahead.

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who joined us to celebrate this milestone and to every person who helped bring this vision to life. 💚
