As routines shift this time of year, many parents are preparing to head back to work (or back to the classroom!) while continuing their breastfeeding journey. One of the most important pieces of that transition is making sure your pump fl**ges are the right fit.

✨ The right fit = comfort, better milk output, and less stress.
✨ The wrong fit can mean pain, clogged ducts, or reduced supply.

Now is the perfect time to prepare! Whether that means checking your pump setup, learning how to store and transport milk, or planning out your pumping schedule.

As we wrap up World Breastfeeding Week, let's celebrate something bigger than breastfeeding itself: the incredible community of moms supporting moms. 💜

No two feeding journeys look the same. Some are filled with ease, others with unexpected challenges, and many are somewhere in between. Whether you breastfed for one day, one year, exclusively pumped, combination fed, used donor milk, or found another path that was right for your family—you deserve to be celebrated.

Today, we'd love to see YOUR story.
