I wanted to take a moment to speak directly to all of you, because as PPC continues to grow, I think it’s important that you hear this from me.
First and foremost, thank you. Thank you for trusting Shaun and me with your care, for believing in what we’re building, and for continuing to walk alongside us as we grow. We don’t take that trust lightly, and we are genuinely grateful for every person who has allowed us to be part of their health journey.
Growth brings challenges. We’ve grown tremendously, and with that comes change, learning, and yes, even an occasional misstep. We’re human, and we will never pretend that everything will always be perfect. What we can promise is that we will continue to listen, improve, and fight to preserve the level of care that has always mattered so much to us.
But growth has also taught me something important: we may not be the right fit for everyone anymore, and I’m okay with that.
We aren’t building PPC to be a place people stay only while everything is perfectly polished, convenient, or exactly the way they expect it to be. We’re building something bigger than that, a long-term relationship with people who believe in our approach, trust the heart behind it, and want to take the whole ride with us.
The exciting part of growth is getting to evolve together. It’s not expecting everything to stay exactly as it was.
We know we won’t get everything right every time. But we also know how much work, heart, sacrifice, and genuine care goes into what we’re building. This is so much more than a business to Shaun and me. We care deeply about our patients, our team, and the kind of healthcare experience we’re creating here.
And honestly, I would rather have a smaller group of people who truly believe in what we’re doing, trust us through the growing pains, and want to grow alongside us than try to hold onto people who only want to be here as long as everything is perfectly convenient or meets every expectation.
We want the people who want the whole ride.
The wins. The changes. The growing pains. The evolution. The moments where we're learning and figuring things out.
And ultimately, the opportunity to look back and know we built something meaningful together.
So thank you, to those who have been here from the beginning, those who have joined us recently, and those who continue to believe in our vision.
We see you. We appreciate you. And we are incredibly grateful you're here.
