Have you ever brought up a symptom and been told:
"That's normal."
"That's just part of being a woman."
"Everyone gets that."
While some symptoms are common, common doesn't always mean they should be ignored. Painful periods, heavy bleeding, PMS, fatigue, and mood changes can have a real impact on quality of life. And if a symptom is affecting your daily life, it deserves attention.
One of the most powerful things about cycle charting is that it helps move the conversation beyond:
"My periods are awful" to "I've noticed this pattern over the last several months."
Knowledge doesn't guarantee answers, but it can help you better understand your body, identify patterns, and advocate for your health.
Your experience matters.
Your symptoms matter.
Your observations matter.
What's the symptom you wish someone would take more seriously?
o Painful periods
o PMS
o Heavy bleeding
o Fatigue
o Mood changes

Let's normalize talking about women's health without minimizing women's experiences.
