As you may know, I had a very bad covid/influenza virus this winter and still not feeling 100% yet. I am determined to regain my health 💯 no doctors have helped me so I have to become my own doctor. Getting to the root cause is the only way to truly heal. Getting to the roots!!! 🙏🙏🙏 I am NOT vaccinated for covid or flu and havent been on an antibiotic since 2009 (17 years ago!!) Or any other prescription medication for that matter, I do not smoke or take any drugs( never have) nor do I drink alcohol. I eat organic and super clean. I was the healthiest person I knew. Until January 2026 and I got hit with this terrible flu strain (bioweapon!!) If you know....you know!!!!

Anyways it has wrecked havic on my whole body losing massive muscle tone, producing blood clots throughout my body, strange headaches, blurry vision, ringing in ears, dizzy spells. Very strange. I lost 16 pounds. Which I was building muscle, so to lose anymore than 5 pounds was not desirable for my goals. BUT ....Luckily my kidneys were so strong they filtered the blood clots out and passed them through my urine. (VERY scary to be urinating blood and clots for over 2 weeks) thats when I went to ER for answers. They did a CT scan and thought the blood clots were kidney stones they were NOT. My kidneys were full of blood clots, that they picked up while filtering my blood... the body sure is an amazing machine! ER sent me to a urologist...again she was clueless. I said hey.. I think my body is full of spike proteins from the virus and is producing blood clots. She said she never heard of that happening and there is no way to test it....say what?!?! Don't we all know COVID (and the vaccines!!) Produce BLOOD CLOTS!!!! Very frustrating. They wanted to send me for more tests. I refused and took matters into my own hands and started doing the research on my own. Found that Labcorp does indeed have a spike protein test and Quest has a D-Dimer test!

And Yes indeed COVID virus causes many long term symptoms due to elevated spike proteins (designed to cause harm in the body) I found a Natroupathic doctor that completely understood everything I was saying and she did some muscle testing on me and together we designed a protocol that is working. Its taking time but each day is better than the day before.

I finally ran all of my labs and it shows that my Ferritin in extremely low. So I will be working immediately on that to bring it up! And this week I will be doing a spike protein test at labcorp and continuing to detox, juice and eat healthy and continue my supplement regimen, but lower my B12 down a bit.

This post is to inform you that there are answers, and often times that takes us doing some real digging and praying. There is hope and solutions. Don't ever give up!!!! It can be frustrating which I completely get...especially when it doesn't add up and makes almost no sense at all! Dont give up!! Functional medicine is the key! Running the right labs that traditional doctors don't run (or say are not available) is key!! Dive deep and you will find the answers!
