Dear families,
As many of you know, our founder Dr. Jennifer Gobel is retiring this month. When Dr. Gobel opened the clinic 22 years ago, her mission was to be your neighborhood pediatrician - providing high-quality, accessible care in a comfortable setting with a personalized approach. To carry this mission forward for the next generation of kids and families, we are excited and honored to take over ownership of Mendakota Pediatrics!
In a challenging time for healthcare, we believe strongly in the value of small independent practices where patients are known, heard, and truly cared for. We will continue to provide the same care and services you've come to trust including responsive communication, quick appointment availability, and always a doctor on call to offer peace of mind and guidance when you need it most. We also bring our own energy, experience, and dedication to ensurethe practice continues to evolve with the needs of families and our community.
Caring for your families is a joyful privilege. As parents ourselves, we know we all want the best for our kids, and we know how important it is to have a team you can trust. As pediatricians, we feel so lucky to be able to do work we love, getting to watch your children grow up and support your families through it all.
We could not do our work as doctors without our outstanding nurses and administrative staff. Ensuring that our clinic is a happy, healthy workplace is essential. We thank our team for their hard work and we are excited to continue this mission alongside them, as well as our physician colleagues Dr. Samrie Beshah and Dr. Matthew Straley.
We are grateful to Dr. Gobel for trusting us to carry her legacy forward, and we wish her a joyful and vibrant retirement. There are a limited number of appointments remaining with Dr. Gobel, so if you would like to schedule, please call our front desk right away.
