The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS has finalized its October 2026 HCPCS Level II update, effective Oct. 1, with 88 new codes, 14 deletions, 11 descriptor changes, 5 payment changes, and 1 administrative change.

The update includes new codes for wound care products, infusion supplies, orthoses, ocular devices, and other medical equipment and supplies.
