Mighty Roots Therapy Pediatric pelvic floor therapy for kids of all ages! Virtual & Clinic options

Providing families with the tools and support they deserve to help their children overcome bowel and bladder challenges.

This isn’t your typical pediatric clinic…

We created this space with so much intentionbecause kids deserve to feel comfortable, confident, and understood.

A place where struggles are met with real solutions and little wins turn into big breakthroughs.

Bowel and bladder challenges are hard enough as it is for kids, that is why when they walk in the door here they are met with private treatment rooms, plenty of space to play and move, and lots of fun games every step of the way.

We’re so proud of this space and the care that happens inside it 🤍

Welcome to our new home & happy place ✨

I am so excited to finally share that we have officially made the move into our new clinic space.

It truly feels like such an honor to create a space dedicated just for kids and their families. When children are struggling with bowel and bladder challenges, it can feel overwhelming, isolating, and honestly just really hard. That’s exactly why we created this space with so much intention.

From plenty of room to move, play, and build obstacle courses, to 5 private treatment rooms designed to be safe, calm spaces for one-on-one sessions with your child’s therapist, every part of this clinic was created with families in mind.

We are already loving making this space our home and sharing it with all of our wonderful families. If you’re in the area, come say hi, we would absolutely love to see you 🤍

When kids struggle with potty training, accidents, constipation, or bedwetting, it’s rarely about motivation or “trying harder.”

Bowel and bladder skills depend on:
• nervous system regulation
• pelvic floor coordination
• body awareness
• a sense of safety

When the body is supported first, behavior follows. If this resonates and you’re feeling stuck, support can help 🤍

You’re always welcome to reach out or learn more about how we support kids and families.

Big news… we’re growing! ✨

It feels incredible to reach a point where we can expand our team and support even more children in their OWN way.

We’re hiring a pediatric OT/PT with a heart for pelvic health — someone who loves working with kids and either has experience in pediatric pelvic therapy or is excited to dive in and specialize in this incredible field.

Please feel free to share to help us find the therapist these kids deserve. 🙏🏼

I don’t know about you all, but sometimes I feel so overwhelmed around the holidays with all the products, gifts, and “must-have” things being shared for kids.

While yes, some of those toys and tools are awesome and helpful (trust me I have already bought a few)… I wanted to pause and share something different.

Because supporting our kids doesn’t have to be complicated and it definitely doesn’t have to be expensive.

These simple habits can help your child stay regulated, confident, and comfortable through all the holiday chaos (and help YOU breathe a little easier too).

Between gatherings, travel, sugar, excitement, late bedtimes and all the expectations on parents…it can feel like a lot. So here are a few tiny shifts to keep in the back of your mind to help your children feel their best this holiday season.

You don’t have to do it all- even just picking one can make all the difference. 🤍🤍
