Community Healthcare Center offers a variety of services, including Pediatrics, Obstetrics, Family Medicine, Children & Adult Dentistry and Counseling.

We welcome Medicare & Medicaid. Community Healthcare Center is a primary care clinic in Wichita Falls serving all ages from infants to seniors. Our licensed medical, dental and behavioral health providers – and their care teams – are committed to providing superior care. Community Healthcare Center offers a variety of patient services, including Pediatrics, Obstetrics, Women's Health, Family Medicine, Children & Adult Dentistry and Behavioral Health Counseling. We also offer a low-cost pharmacy, lab and x-ray. We welcome Medicaid, Medicare, CHIP, BCBS, TRICARE and most Insurance.
