🎉 Welcome Tia Lewis, LAPC, Licensed Associate Professional Counselor!

You might recognize this familiar face! Over the past year, Tia has been completing her clinical training at Chatter while finishing her graduate program in mental health counseling. Today, we're excited to celebrate her accomplishment and officially welcome her to the Chatter team as a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor.

Tia's kind, compassionate approach and natural ability to connect with children and families have made her a wonderful fit for our clinic. We are thrilled to have her continue serving our families in this new role. Congratulations, Tia!

Meet Tia!
Originally from a ranch in western North Dakota, Tia enjoys reading, traveling, exploring new places, and spending time with her dogs. She believes quality time with the people you love can be some of the best medicine.

Before becoming a therapist, Tia worked as both a classroom teacher and middle school counselor, making the support and growth of children the heart of her career for many years. She enjoys helping children navigate anxiety, ADHD, big emotions, self-confidence, and school-related challenges. Tia believes therapy should be a place where children feel safe, accepted, and encouraged to grow while having fun along the way. She knows every child has unique strengths worth celebrating.

Tia is thrilled to be part of the Chatter team and looks forward to partnering with children and families as they build confidence, resilience, and lifelong skills.

🥁 Drumroll, please... Let us introduce our newest Speech-Language Pathologist, Sierra Nordloef, M.S., SLP! 🎉 We are over the moon to have her join our Chatter team! Help us give her a warm welcome!

Meet Sierra!
Growing up in Kenmare, ND, Sierra earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences & Disorders and her Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Minot State University. Sierra has a passion for the field of speech-language pathology and especially loves working with children, helping each child find their voice and celebrate their unique strengths. She is married to her high school sweetheart, and outside of work you'll usually find her tending to her flowers, cheering on her brothers-in-law at sporting events, attending random family gatherings, or enjoying walks in the fresh air.

We are excited to introduce our newest therapist to Chatter! We welcome Paul Smith, COTA, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to Chatter and our community!

Meet Paul!
Paul is originally from Amherst, Ohio, where he earned his certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant. He gained valuable experience working across a variety of settings, including inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient therapy, and local school systems. These diverse experiences helped him develop a well-rounded approach to supporting individuals across the lifespan and in a variety of environments.

Paul found his way to Williston, North Dakota, after working in a school setting in Marble Falls, Texas. He quickly became part of the community and continues to bring energy, compassion, and dedication to helping children and families reach their full potential.

Outside of work, Paul enjoys staying active and spending time with friends. Whether he is playing football, snowboarding, or embracing new adventures, Paul brings a positive and hardworking attitude to everything he does.

We are so lucky to have Andrea on our team. Her kindness, positive attitude, and willingness to jump in wherever she's needed makes her such a valuable part of Chatter. Andrea is originally from Wyoming where she married her high school sweetheart. They have made Williston their home since 2013 and have one child. When she’s not working, she enjoys gardening and spending time with family and friends.

We're celebrating today with the newest addition to our Chatter team! Please help us welcome Chelsey Morlock, OTD OTR/L, Occupational Therapist. We're so excited to have her at Chatter and can't wait for families to meet her!

Meet Chelsey!
Chelsey grew up in Killdeer, ND, and now proudly calls Dickinson home. She earned her Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree from the University of Mary, where she discovered her passion for working in pediatrics. Chelsey is excited to join the team and partner with families to help children build the skills, confidence, and independence needed to thrive in their everyday lives. Outside of work, Chelsey enjoys spending time with her loved ones and her mini dachshund, Sophie. She loves summer weekends at the lake, exploring new places through travel, and making memories with family and friends.

Many of you already know Jamie from her time working at our Walk-In Clinic, but she's been keeping things running smoothly at Chatter Pediatric Therapy for quite some time now! From scheduling to helping behind the scenes, we're so grateful for all she does each day!

Jamie is originally from Minnesota but moved to Williston in 2009. She married her high school sweetheart and together they have 3 children. When she’s not working, she enjoys watching her kids play sports and being on the lake.

It was a mouse full… whoops, we mean a HOUSE FULL of Lewis and Clark Elementary School students at Chatter today! The teachers and students ended the day with an awesome musical! The day was packed with all the things: smiles, learning, and lots of chatter. 💛 Days like this are our favorite!
