I’m back! ☀️

Thank you all for your patience and grace while I took some time away to soak in every second with my precious family. This vacation was an absolute dream and such a blessing after an incredibly busy season for us.

Over the next few days, I’ll be working through emails and messages and hope to be completely caught up by Tuesday evening.

In other news, the SECOND batch of Best Sleep Magnesium Cream that was made a couple of weeks ago and was supposed to carry us through the summer is already gone. 😂 So, another batch will be hitting the shelves this week!

Storefront shopping hours will resume as scheduled this Thursday from 10-5, and order pickups will continue Monday through Friday from 10-5.

I also want to give a huge thank you to the amazing people who helped keep things running while I was away: Mrs. Edie and the sweet girls at MR Design Co., Shelby and Macey. I truly couldn’t have done it without you. Y’all are the best! ❤️

🍇 A question I get often is, “Does elderberry syrup lose potency over time?”

The answer is yes… but not nearly as quickly as some people think.

When properly made and refrigerated, elderberry syrup maintains its potency very well. In fact, you can expect it to stay at its best for up to 3 months, which is why that’s the timeframe I recommend for maximum effectiveness.

One of my favorite things about elderberry is that it isn’t just for cold and flu season. Taking it consistently throughout the year can help support your immune system, provide antioxidant benefits, and help your body stay prepared instead of playing catch-up when sickness strikes.

✅ Refrigerate after receiving
✅ Keep the lid tightly closed
✅ Best used within 3 months for maximum potency
✅ Discard if you notice mold, fermentation, or an off smell

The next round of Rooted Woman will be ready the week of July 27th! 🌿

The stock numbers completely got away from me before I realized we only have a few bottles left😬

The bottles we have left are currently available on the website. Once those sell out, a pre-order option will be available for the next batch, which will be ready the week of July 27th.

The feedback is still steadily rolling in, and the results have far surpassed what I was expecting. Hearing your stories, seeing the changes, and watching women stick with the process has been such an encouragement.
