In an effort to continue supporting the Jones family after Brad’s sudden passing, we’re selling these t-shirts as a fundraiser to go towards the college fund they’ve set up for their daughter, Kennedy.

WE’RE BUILDING OUR FOUNDATION :: something Brad spoke on while teaching a cycle class at Synergy. “What you do in this room, is build your foundation. Everything else comes after”.

Synergy’s foundation is its Community. We’ve felt a rumble - an aftershock - and have entered a season of repair after this loss. We will forever be different for knowing Brad, for being seen by Brad, being led by Brad, laughing with Brad.

Summer is officially here! We’re kicking off July with temps in the high 90’s (and low 100’s 🥵) so what better way to move your body than inside our studio 😏🔥

July is notoriously a quieter month at Synergy, since we’re all just leaning into the dog days of Summer and chilling out. Community Yoga is happening every Sunday (with the exception of the July 4th weekend) and we’ve got our monthly Fitness Friday (7/10) + Power Down (7/12).

We blinked and Corey went from 100 to 200 classes 😳🤯😮‍💨👏
