At ThriveMore, wellness isn't relegated to one department or team. It's a whole philosophy.
Last week, we officially launched a new wellness initiative at Brookridge that reflects our commitment to helping residents and team members thrive in every aspect of life.
Developed through the leadership of Chief Operating Officer Jessica McCollum and being piloted by Wellness Director Dana Reynolds at Brookridge, it creates a more unified approach to wellbeing by bringing together fitness, nutrition, healthy aging education, emotional wellness, social engagement and spiritual connection.
What makes this effort particularly exciting is that it starts with listening.
Throughout the launch event last week, residents shared personal stories about how wellness programs have impacted their lives. Dana emphasized that resident feedback will continue to shape the program as it evolves, ensuring that the initiative remains responsive to the people it serves.
The pilot at Brookridge will help inform a broader rollout across ThriveMore communities in the coming year, allowing us to build on what works and create an even stronger culture of wellbeing organization-wide.
We believe wellness should support the whole person, and we're excited to see where this journey leads.
