We're so pleased with the work of Landmark on the Center for Thriving Children at Brookridge. We're thrilled to offer a tiered subsidy to help ensure our team all has access to the reliable and high-quality on-site childcare there being run by our partner Imprints Cares.

The center is open and growing! Brookridge residents are preparing to start volunteering with the children soon. Team members are enrolling their children in full-day care as well as summer camps. The benefits are truly exceptional to children, families and residents!

The BLOOM Award, which stands for Bringing Love, Outstanding care, Opportunity and Meaning, recognizes an extraordinary Certified Nursing Assistant within ThriveMore.

Alicia is a CNA at Brookridge in Winston-Salem. Her nominator spoke about her positive impact on residents in the big and small moments, adding that she lifts spirits just by being there.

We will announce each of the BLOOM nominees over the coming days. Then one final winner will be chosen and announced during CNA Week later this month.

Join us in showing appreciation for Talent Specialist Stephanie Leecost, our team member spotlight for June!

Stephanie came to Brookridge two years ago with more than 20 years of experience in the food industry. She's since moved to the Human Resources team, starting a new stage in her career journey. On major personal milestone for Stephanie was becoming certified in Business Administration with a concentration in HR Management.

What Stephanie enjoys most about her role is the ability to support others. Whether she is helping team members, assisting leadership or building relationships with residents, she takes pride in being someone people can rely on. Her commitment to hard work and her genuine desire to help others continue to motivate her every day.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys playing games on her PlayStation4, cooking and traveling.

We're thrilled to announce a new award to honor the CNAs that go above and beyond at our organization.

The Bloom Award will recognize an outstanding Certified Nursing Assistant within ThriveMore who makes a difference in the lives of residents.

Know a CNA on campus who deserves this award? There's still a few days to nominate them. Residents, families and coworkers can nominate a CNA by emailing [email protected]. Nominations should explain why you think they deserve the Bloom Award and an example of their extraordinary care.

Nominations are due Saturday, and each nominee will be showcased on ThriveMore's social media. One winner will be announced and honored during National Nursing Assistant's Week later this month.
