Our residents are officially kicking off the Rendever Rewards: Summer Adventure Challenge, and we’re ready to travel the world—without ever leaving Brookridge! 🌴🗼🐠

From exploring iconic landmarks to swimming with sea life and discovering incredible new places, every VR adventure is another chance to laugh, learn, connect, and make amazing memories together.

Friday’s Wine & Cheese Social was one for the books! Our Independent Living residents enjoyed an afternoon of great music, delicious bites, and plenty of dancing as a live Motown band kept everyone singing, smiling, and moving.

At Brookridge, we believe that staying active is one of the best ways to support both physical health and emotional well-being. That’s why we’re proud to offer opportunities like Aqua Fit and Walking Club.

Aqua Fit is a fun, low impact exercise that’s gentle on the joints while improving strength, balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular health.

Our Walking Club is another wonderful way to boost overall wellness. Whether it’s a stroll around our beautiful campus or a walk with neighbors, every step helps improve mobility, increase energy, strengthen the heart, and lift the spirit.
