I provide the following services: Swedish/Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Sports,
Pre/Postnatal, Hot Stones, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, and Reflexology. I graduated from Saint Paul Technical College with my certificate in Massage Therapy and AAS degree in Clinical Sports Massage. Until this day I am still in love with what I do as a mass

age therapist and how I can help people just by massaging. I love hearing feedbacks so I know how I can better myself and my massages. Listening to my clients needs are very important to me, which allows me to alter the session as needed. I love to work with all body types and am always ready for a challenge. I want to help you so that you can help yourself.
