Work Right NW

Work Right NW A leader in workplace safety & health that uses their expertise in anatomy and movement for injury p Work Right NW further provides Work Right University.

Work Right NW was founded with the mission of providing for the safety and wellness of all employees while at work. There are 2 distinct challenges that are facing industrial safety currently: 1) the workforce is aging resulting in people working later in life & 2) the cost of personal health insurance deductibles are rising. Understanding this, there is a steady rise in occupational injuries and

the expenses associated with such for corporations. Many companies have extensive measures in place to manage the cost of claims following a workplace injury. This however is a reactive step that does not reduce the risk of injury for the worker. Work Right NW has created a solution to these challenges that benefits the employee and saves the corporation substantial amounts of money. The Work Right NW solution is to provide for the safety and wellness of the employee prior to the development of injury. Work Right NW will partner with corporations to integrate a Work Right Injury Prevention Specialist at the job location to operate our Corporate Wellness Centers. These centers are similar to an athletic training room at the job site. The Injury Prevention Specialist will operate within the OSHA guidelines of first aid to identify the warning signs of potential Cumulative Trauma Disorders and provide the care needed to prevent them from becoming an injury. Utilizing industry leaders to provide course work to our corporate partners on OSHA training, Ergonomic Program integration, Workplace Ergonomics and much more. Our goal is to not only prevent workplace injuries, but more importantly to educate our corporate partners to build a culture of safety and wellness!
