You’ve heard us talk about the therapy side of things, but today we want to shine a light on the other half of Inclusive Medical Group: our co-owner, Michelle.

Michelle is a pelvic floor physical therapist, a super mom, and the glue that holds this whole operation together. While the rest of us are busy doing our thing, Michelle is quietly running the show behind the scenes, keeping the business moving, the details in order, and all of us on track. She’s the brains behind the business and in all honesty, we couldn’t do any of this without her.

Pelvic floor PT is one of those specialties that doesn’t always get the attention it deserves, but the work Michelle does changes lives. If you’ve ever wondered whether pelvic floor therapy might be right for you, she’s your person.

Meet Denise Lucas!

We’re so excited to welcome Denise Lucas to the Inclusive Medical Group team!
Denise brings a wealth of experience from the many roles she has held throughout her career, but if there’s one thing that has always stood out, it’s her ability to connect with people.
Magnetic, compassionate, kind, and trustworthy, Denise has a natural way of making the people around her feel comfortable, heard, and genuinely cared for. And in a role centered around supporting women, we couldn’t imagine a better person to have on our team.
Denise brings experience, heart, and a passion for helping others and we’re so excited for all she’ll bring to Inclusive Physical Therapy and the women we have the privilege of serving.

I had a teen in my office this week who was doodling on a piece of paper. When she finished, she started to criticize what she’d drawn. Then she paused mid-sentence and said, “Observe, don’t judge.”
That simple phrase has stayed with me all day.
What a different world we might live in if we all practiced observing instead of judging; whether it’s ourselves, other people, or the situations we encounter. Curiosity creates space for understanding. Judgment often shuts it down. Be kind, friends. 🫶🏻
