Chronic foot and ankle pain, such as from plantar fasciitis or Achilles tendinitis, can severely limit your daily activities. Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy offers a powerful solution by stimulating accelerated healing and significant pain reduction. The concentrated growth factors in PRP stimulate cellular regeneration, actively helping to rebuild damaged tissues. This innovative approach targets the underlying problem, promoting genuine healing rather than just masking symptoms. Many patients experience improved function and lasting relief as their body works to efficiently repair itself. Reclaim your mobility and get back to your active life.

Meet our Physician Assistant, Amanda!

Amanda joined Advanced Foot, Ankle & Wound in 2025 and has been a fabulous addition to our team! She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Central Florida and went on to earn her degree from Grand Valley State University’s PA program here in Grand Rapids.

Amanda loves working in medicine for the incredible team she’s a part of and the opportunity to help patients understand how vital foot health is to overall health, independence, and living a happy, pain-free life. Outside of the clinic, you can find her getting lost in a fiction book, spending quality time with her husband and two sweet pups, or doing her best not to kill her houseplants (the struggle is real)!

Visit www.afawcare.com today to schedule an appointment with Amanda!
