AI can organize ideas, adjust reading levels, and offer new ways to plan. But AI does not know the student.

Teachers do.

That is why discernment matters. In our latest blog, we share how the See-Think-Do process helps educators begin with observation, consider strengths and needs with care, and use tools in service of belonging.

Start with one student. What are you noticing? What might that be telling you? What is one thoughtful next step?

AI conversations are happening in many Christ-centered schools. But before asking, “What can this tool do?” we can begin with a better question:

What are we noticing about our students, and how might this support them well?

Our latest blog explores how the See-Think-Do process can guide thoughtful, student-centered use of AI, helping educators move with intention as they create classrooms where every student is known, needed, and experiences belonging.

We’re honored to be part of the inaugural Understory Festival happening this weekend at Washington National Cathedral.

Understory, hosted by Comment magazine, is a civic and spiritual gathering focused on rehumanizing our common life. We’ve been invited to host a “nook,” a small space for reflection and conversation, where we’ll invite people to consider how institutions shape the way we see disability, inclusion, and belonging.

If you’re attending Understory, we hope you’ll stop by our nook for a quiet reflection on disability, belonging, and shared life.

Today, we pause to remember the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

We honor their sacrifice, and we hold their families and communities in our prayers. May this day be marked by reflection, gratitude, and peace.

There's a difference between doing things to students, doing things for students, and doing things with them.
Restorative practices are built on that third one. And as Christians, we have a beautiful model for it: Immanuel, God with us.

Our new blog reflects on what it means to walk alongside students, ask better questions, and pursue repair when things go wrong. It's a good read for any educator thinking about how faith and school culture come together.

Restorative culture isn't built in the big moments. It's built in the small ones.

Every time a teacher pauses to listen before reacting, every time a leader asks "who was affected?" instead of only "what rule was broken?" something is quietly being shaped in that school community.

Our latest blog explores how everyday conversations, not formal programs, are where restorative culture actually takes root.

A strong one-page profile does more than summarize information. It helps schools elevate student voice, communicate with clarity, and support students proactively.

In our newest blog post, we share what makes a one-page profile effective and why this kind of tool can support a culture of inclusive, Christ-centered education.
