b a l a n c e postures with a circle back to Skandasana to continue our hip openers.

I’m happy to be back in the studio after a week out of town. Our first gentle class happens this Saturday!

Looking to open a membership based Gentle yoga class for seniors and others alike. 2x a week because consistency is key. One week day and one weekend day. Time and days to be determined.

Send to the person in your life who needs to attain or retain mobility and strength! Let’s make active decisions together!

Reaching out to the community- I have been asked a few times the last week for gentle and or senior yoga. Accessibly curated for healthy aging, mobility and balance. Hoping for some feedback!
