We can use movement as a catalyst. We can use movement to find the space in ourselves for growth. We can use movement as a mirror of our faults as well as our strengths. We can use movement to become familiar with the patterns of our minds and the patterns of our breath. But movement isn’t our only practice. Cheers to being here.

🕊️ Looking for a space to gather? 🕊️

Half way through the Pacific North West summer and I’m already thinking of Autumn. Cold winds, bare trees and shorter days. Everything I love about this place + a reason to nest. With that, I’d like to offer the studio as a place of gathering, community and creativity.
Book clubs, small events, photography sessions, meditations, homeschooling activities, art lessons. A space to show up consistently or maybe just once.
