These are the BEST messages! 🥹 If you live in Mesa Del Sol keep an eye out for neighborhood kickball games.

Our goal with our clinics is to teach kids games and skills that they can can take beyond our program and bring home to their own neighborhoods. Hearing this means everything! ❤️

What started out as two moms having conversations in our favorite Jiu Jitsu gym, has turned into something pretty special. 💚

Somehow between practices and chasing kids around, our conversations about health, movement, and raising strong kids, shaped the idea for CORE Kids.

What began as an idea, has now grown into a COMMUNITY more special than we could have ever imagined. AND to top it all off, building something meaningful alongside a friend, has been pretty special.

So here’s to the conversations that turn into ideas… and the ideas you’re crazy enough to actually chase.

A peek 👀 into our Homeschool PE class! Our students are learning about the Skeletal System with Coach Nasira and kickball with Coach Alex. Some kids decided to finish off with the park and an arm wrestling contest after class. 💪🏼 Contact us today if you’d like to try out a class for free!

Thank you to everyone who participated in the CORE Kids Kickball Clinic yesterday! We had so much fun teaching your kiddos the fundamentals of the game, along with tips to help them become stronger fielders and kickers.

And, of course, one of the clinic highlights was watching Coach Nasira gracefully demonstrate exactly what NOT to do. 🤭 This fun moment was talked about the rest of the morning!

There were plenty of laughs, lots of learning, and some great memories made yesterday. We’re so thankful we got to spend the afternoon with your kiddos!
