HI all, this is Kristen. It's that time again to remind everyone of our Cancellation/No-Show Policy. This is standard in our industry so am not sure why certain clients recently have responded to me as though they have never heard of this and given me a hard time about this even refusing to pay and informing me they are never coming back. We cannot fill the time slot with limited notice and definitely not if the client doesn't show up. This policy is agreed to at the time of booking, is in the confirmation email and also the reminder text message. Each client also signs off on this on the Waiver Form at the time of their first visit.
I do apologize for being harsh, but anyone who knows me realizes all that I do for my employees, clients and community. It is extremely upsetting and insulting when a client responds to me so negatively and harshly. Also understand that if you do not know me, I have a zero tolerance to a "sense of entitlement" behavior so please operate in a kind and loving space knowing each of us matters equally.
Cancellation/No-Show Policy: Renew Massage Therapy has a 24-hour in advance Cancellation Policy. Any appointment cancelled without the approval of an administrator or a no-show to the appointment will result in the card on file being charged the full amount of the session. If no credit card is on file, an invoice will be sent for the full cost of the missed session, and any unpaid invoices will result in being banned from service moving forward
