We're celebrating 9 years of Studio Z Yoga and 2 years of Studio Z Cycle & Pilates and we love a celebration with friends!

Renovo Wellness - Mobile Sauna and Cold Plunges is back and this time they're bringing a cold plunge. Grab a class, then treat yourself to a sauna + cold plunge session 💪 If you came to our last sauna event, you already know it was a blast (and that it sold out!).

Afterward, join us at Brewery and Restaurant for brunch. It's the perfect chance to connect with your studio friends or meet new ones.

📅 Event runs 10–1, but we're keeping the party feel going all weekend.
