What actually makes Gonstead different? Two things.
First, it’s all about the disc. That’s the true weight bearing structure of your spine, not the joints at the back. A lot of adjustments rotate the spine to get movement from those back joints. Useful for range of motion, but it doesn’t change what’s happening at the disc.
Gonstead adjusts with no rotation, moving the bone directly back onto the disc where it belongs. That’s the foundation.
Second, it’s specific. We don’t guess. Careful analysis tells us exactly which bone, and in which direction. We adjust that one bone, in one direction, and leave the rest alone. No stirring up new areas each visit, no adjusting broadly just to create movement.
Disc focused. Precise. That’s the whole difference, and it’s why the results last.
