✨ Singing Bowls Relaxation ✨

Join us on Saturday 6 June 2026 for a deeply calming and restorative singing bowls sound bath at Bodyroll Blouberg.

The session will begin with a gentle guided meditation to help us settle into the present moment, followed by light movement and stretching to relax the body and reconnect within.

We’ll then be immersed in the soothing sounds and vibrations of the singing bowls, creating space to unwind, release tension, and fully rest.

Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. You’re also welcome to bring a blanket and pillow for extra comfort and warmth.
