Most of us would.

And that’s exactly why food marketing works so well. 💡

The truth is that healthy-looking packaging, pictures of fruit and grains, and buzzwords like natural or wholegrain don’t tell you what’s really inside the product.

📦 The front of the package is designed to sell.
🔍 The nutrition label is designed to inform.

A recent muffin comparison revealed something many people didn’t expect:
😲 The bran muffin contained the most sugar and the least fibre of all the muffins compared.

That’s why one of the best nutrition habits you can develop is this:

👉 If it comes in a packet, box, tub, bottle, sachet or wrapper, read the label.

Kids are back at school.
Work is busy again.
