CREATINE MATTERS FOR WOMEN:
Research shows that creatine plays a crucial role in women’s health, supporting energy, brain function, and overall balance across every stage of life.

Women naturally have lower creatine stores than men, approximately 70-80% less. This is partly because of smaller muscle mass, but also because many women eat less creatine-rich food, like red meat or fish. Our bodies naturally produce about 2 to 3 grams of creatine each day, but that is not enough to keep up with what we use. Combine that with hormonal changes that affect how we produce and use energy, and it becomes clear why creatine can make such a powerful difference for women.

Simply put, creatine helps close that energy gap so you can perform, think, and feel your best every day.

Happy Womens Day

"Creatine supplementation has been found to decrease the level of fatigue between repeated bouts of high intensity exercise, such as several short sprints on the rugby pitch.

It is believed that creatine supplements increase the natural acid buffering system in the body, reducing acid build-up in the muscles and so delaying the onset of fatigue and its effects."

We sell Creatine Monohydrate. Not in fancy packaging. Not with added anything. Just Creatine Monohydrate. Why?

We like to take our advice from someone with genuine credentials. Somebody like Dr Layne Norton who has a PhD in Nutrition Sciences and a Bacheor of Science in Biochemistry. He says ....

Creatine Monohydrate has been studied more extensively than almost any other sports supplement in history. It works.

That's not debatable. What is debatable... or at least what the supplement industry really wants you to believe is debatable... is whether the fancier, more expensive versions work better.

They don't.

Creatine ethyl ester (CEE)?
Actually shown in some studies to be less effective than monohydrate, and it degrades into creatinine (a waste product) faster in solution.

Buffered creatine (Kre-Alkalyn)?
Marketed as causing "less bloating" and "better absorption." No controlled study has demonstrated any advantage over monohydrate. None.

Creatine HCl?
More soluble in water, yes. But solubility is not the same as bioavailability. Creatine monohydrate already has approximately 99% absorption. There's essentially no room to improve on that.

People are paying 2 to 4 times more for these products based on marketing claims that fall apart the moment you look at the controlled human data. The "premium" version isn't premium. It's just more expensive.

Buy creatine monohydrate. Take 3-5 grams a day. Spend the money you saved on actual food.

If you want the full breakdown on creatine and every other overhyped supplement, watch Dr Layne Norton, the episode's here:

It’s here—the last episode of Dr. Layne Norton’s no-nonsense supplement series! In this finale, Layne takes a hard, evidence-based look at some of the most o...
