In the parent-child journalling workshop we explore emotions a bit, but both parent and child get to decide what and how much to share with one another. Best of all, you leave with ideas of ways to explore emotions in the future either together or individually. The focus is on connection and enjoyment of the process, not on outcomes and performance!
