When you have back pain, the muscles supporting your spine can become weak or stop working as well as they should. Pain medication may help manage the pain, but it doesn’t strengthen weak muscles.

Weak muscles can put more strain on your back and contribute to ongoing or recurring pain.

DBC treatment uses specialised machines to isolate and gradually strengthen these muscles through controlled movement.

Strengthening the muscles that support your spine can be an important part of treating back pain, alongside addressing other factors that may be contributing to it.
