Wêreldwyd verskuif die landbou-fokus toenemend na presisie-biologiese tegnologie en geïntegreerde saadbeskerming. Maar vir 'n boer beteken tegnologie niks as dit nie ook op die plaas prakties werk nie.

Nutrico se 1000 kg Soya Saad Pak is waar presisie-wetenskap alledaagse gerief ontmoet. 'n Noukeurig beplande oplossing — een wat in die fabriek begin en op die plaas eindig.

Vier komplementêre produkte saam in een gerieflike oplossing:

SBP4 – Vloeibare sojaboon-inokulant vir optimale stikstofbinding

Tribac – Fosfaat-oplosbare bakterieë wat gebonde voedingstowwe ontsluit

STSA – Droë saadbehandeling van noodsaaklike voedingstowwe

Life Guard – Spesifieke voeding vir Rhizobakterieë-oorlewing

Getting the maximum value from your spray programme comes down to precision, and the quality of spray water plays a far bigger role than most realise.

In this morning’s episode of Agriskoops, Kenny Beeton breaks down:

• Why high-quality spray water adjuvants are crucial for maximising value.

• How adjuvants significantly improve spray coverage, droplet pe*******on, and active ingredient uptake.

• How Nutrico’s Absorpt adjuvant can be easily integrated into your existing spray program for better results.

Now is the time to plan ahead and take a strategic look at soya bean nutrition, with a focus beyond early establishment.

Successful nutrient management is not only about applying fertiliser—it is about supplying the right nutrients at the right time throughout the crop’s full development cycle.

Here’s how strategic micronutrient management supports every stage:

Seed Germination & Emergence:
Support strong roots and early establishment with Zinc, Manganese, Copper and Cobalt.

Canopy Development:
Promote healthy plant structure and maximise photosynthesis with Iron, Manganese and Zinc.

Flowering & Seed Formation:
Support pollination, seed development and overall crop quality with Boron, Molybdenum and Cobalt.

By matching nutrient applications to the crop’s growth stages, growers can improve plant health, reduce stress and build a stronger foundation for both yield and seed quality.

Talk to the Nutrico team about a tailored micronutrient management programme for your soya bean crop.

Most of us see potatoes as a basic comfort food. But beneath the surface, their quality depends on a complex mix of chemistry. A potato’s texture depends on its starch structure. The best-baked and fried potatoes have more amylopectin, a type of starch that makes them fluffy and crisp rather than waxy or watery. Strong cell walls and steady enzymes also help keep potatoes healthy and strong after harvest.

Targeted nutrition turns chemistry into quality.

To get these top qualities every time, potatoes need certain nutrients at the right stages:

✔️ Crispier Texture (Phosphorus + Magnesium): Phosphorus gives the plant energy, and Magnesium helps turn simple sugars into the complex starches that make potatoes fluffy.

✔️ No Internal Defects (Calcium + Boron): Problems like hollow heart or brown spots happen when cells break down under stress. Calcium strengthens cell walls, and Boron helps the plant use Calcium better.

✔️ Longer Shelf Life & Less Bruising (Potassium): Potassium keeps cell membranes stable. This helps prevent bruising and the black spots that can appear when potatoes are moved or handled.

As our journey through Chile ends, we leave with renewed inspiration for technical excellence and deep appreciation for the people shaping the future of agriculture.

From exploring Chile’s world-class hazelnut orchards to engaging with outstanding growers, researchers, and technical teams, this trip gave us valuable insight into orchard management, crop nutrition, soil health, grower support, innovation in agricultural research, and the practical challenges faced in a growing hazelnut industry.

We have to highlight the CER – Centro de Investigación y Desarrollo Agrícola for welcoming us into one of Chile’s leading agricultural research centres. It was a privilege to see world-class research and innovation in action, and to meet such knowledgeable and passionate people.

We are also grateful to the incredible team at Agroreyes, whose technical excellence, innovation, and grower-focused approach are helping shape the future of Chile’s hazelnut sector. Thank you for sharing your expertise, your time, and your warm hospitality.

Lastly, a special thank you to the Nutriprove SA team; your guidance and planning have made this all possible, and we look forward to strengthening global partnerships.

Thank you, Chile. This is only the beginning.
