Our 5x5 Challenge is officially underway! 🤍

It’s been so great seeing so many of you in the studio, showing up, moving your bodies and supporting one another along the way.

A reminder to keep checking in and ticking off those classes - consistency is key.

Our Week 1 prize draw will be announced at the end of the week, with one lucky challenger taking home a CorePlus Unstructured Tote Bag. 🎉

From 01 June - 05 July, you’re invited to complete 25 classes in five weeks. Whether you’re building, resetting, or stepping back into a rhythm, this is your chance to spend more time in studio and see what unfolds.

A huge congratulations to our beautiful Jorgia on hosting her very first Sculpt Season - Education Edition. 🤍

Jorgia brought together eight incredibly talented and experienced professionals from across the industry for an afternoon of learning, connection, and shared inspiration.

Our wonderful Tay hosted the Mat Pilates and brought the heat. ❤️‍🔥

It was such a valuable reminder of the power of community, the importance of continuing to learn from one another, and just how impactful our roles can be. We left feeling inspired, grateful, and proud to be part of an industry that has the ability to positively influence the lives of so many people.
