Looks like we’ll finally be practicing under the tree again this Sunday 🌳🤞🥰🧘🏼🦜💕 YAY!

29/10/2026

While it’s likely to be a little damp for practicing under the tree this Sunday at least it’s putting on a glorious show for us to view from the deck 🥰🌳🧘🏼💕🙏🦜

Springs means a few cool and showery mornings still. But we’ll have a cosy practice on the deck. See you Sunday 🙏🌳💕🧘🏼

It doesn't have to be perfect weather for it. But looks like it will be this weekend. Look forward to seeing you there. ☀️ 🌳 🦜 🙏 🥰

Backyard Yoga is baaaaack! 🥰
A few possible showers won’t bother us in the least on the deck and I’m sure the birds will be happy to join us. Look forward to practicing with you all again. 🧘🏼🌳🦜🙏💕

So the tree is still very bare but there’s more sunshine each day and the rosellas are having a party. Give me a couple of weeks to clean winter’s muddy footprints off the deck and I think Backyard Yoga will be back on 🥰🙏 🧘🏼

So Sorry! No class in Blackwood tomorrow morning as I am a bit under the weather. 😞
Have a great week and I’ll see you all on the mat next week. 🙏🧘🏼😊

# # # CLASS CANCELLED FOR THIS WEEKEND # # #
So sorry. I was looking forward to it but I somehow twisted my knee and the slightly funny gait I developed (despite my best efforts) has irritated some joints in my foot - how wish everything WASN’T connected right now! 🤪Sure I’ll live and look forward to seeing you soon.

Looking forward to practicing with you 🌳🧘🏼🙏💕
