🎉 Happy 35th Birthday, Phillip! 🎂🥳

Today we had the privilege of celebrating Phillip’s 35th birthday alongside his family and loved ones. ❤️

Seeing everyone come together to share a BBQ, birthday cake, plenty of laughs, and special memories made for a wonderful afternoon. It’s moments like these that remind us how important family, friendship, and community are.

A Wonderful Day Out for Phillip! ☀️🍫

Today was full of smiles, achievements, and community connection for Phillip! 💙

Phillip proudly collected his brand-new glasses from Specsavers after being supported throughout the entire journey from his eye test and follow-up appointments right through to picking up his new glasses. It’s wonderful to see him looking so happy and confident with his new frames! 👓✨

The fun didn’t stop there! Phillip also enjoyed spending time at the Empowering Together Hub, where he got involved in a bit of cooking, shared some delicious homemade brownies, and then headed out to enjoy the beautiful sunshine in the community. 🌞🍫

A huge thank you to our incredible support workers who were there every step of the way. Your patience, encouragement, and commitment to empowering Phillip to achieve his goals is what quality support is all about.

At Empowering Together, we believe that every small step is a big achievement.

Today, our wonderful support worker Fiona supported Emily to work towards one of her NDIS goals—building her independence through baking. Together, they made a delicious batch of Mars Bar Slices, developing valuable life skills such as:

✨ Kitchen safety
✨ Teamwork and communication
✨ Building confidence and independence
