Just a quick note to say that we will be CLOSED for the King's Birthday Public Holiday on Monday 8th of June.

We will be open until 6pm Friday, and then from 7am to 1pm Saturday, then reopen as per normal from Tuesday the 9th.

Dave is back from his 2 months of paternity leave enjoying lots of cuddles and time with his family and newborn baby girl Amira!

Dave will be back on deck from Monday at 12 noon, and will have some more availability in the week as he adds Saturday's to his clinical time. Dave will be in:
Monday (12noon-8pm)
Tuesday (7.40am-5.40pm)
Thursday (10am-7.20pm)
Friday (7am-1pm)
Saturday (7am-1pm)

Stretches your physiotherapist wishes you could do daily!

Of course, not all of these may be appropriate in the event of injury or functional limitations. In those cases, it is best to talk to your physio to arrange suitable and safe alternatives.

Tomorrow we pause to acknowledge ANZAC Day — a time to reflect, remember, and honour the service and sacrifice of those who have served and continue to serve.

Out of respect, our clinic will be closed on Saturday, April 25.

We will be open as usual on Monday, as it is not a public holiday in our state.

Welcome to the world Amira Rose!

Born on the 1st of April, in unexpected fashion on the living room floor, Amira and Shona are doing very well.

Amira was born at 3.99kg and 49cm long, she will have a great birth story to share!

Congratulations to Dave and Shona and enjoy this special time!

EASTER OPENING HOURS!

With nearly a quarter of the year gone, it is now time for many to have a break over Easter!

We will be working through to ensure that if you sustain an injury, you will still be able to receive prompt quality care. The earlier that an injury is addressed - the quicker and more completely it resolves.

But, we will be closed on the main public holidays - so our opening hours are as follows:
