There is something special about a skin treatment in winter.

The outside world slows down, the air is bloody freezing, and for a little while, you get permission to simply rest. Wrapped in warmth, electric blanket on, surrounded by botanical aromas and gentle touch.

For a long time, I thought Bloom was about skin.

And in many ways, it still is.

Skin health will always hold a special place in my heart. It was through supporting clients with acne, eczema, rosacea, and other skin concerns that I began to see something deeper.

Because rarely was it ever just about the skin.

Behind the symptoms were stressed nervous systems, burnout, hormone imbalances, gut dysfunction, chronic inflammation, unresolved emotions, and lives that had become disconnected from rest, safety and self-care.

The more I learned, the more I realised that true healing isn't about fixing what's wrong with you.

It's about creating the conditions for your body to heal.

It's about feeling safe.

It's about understanding your symptoms rather than fighting them.

It's about reconnecting with yourself.

Bloom is evolving because I am evolving.

While skin remains an important part of what I do, my work is no longer focused solely on helping people achieve clearer skin. It's about supporting the whole person. Helping you regulate your nervous system, understand your body, address the root cause of your symptoms, and return to a place of balance and wellbeing.

This next chapter of Bloom feels less like a change and more like a coming home.

A return to what healing was always meant to be.
