🥳🎉 ANOTHER 1000 CLASSES COMPLETED! 🎉🥳

Everyone, meet Raelene! ❤️

Now, Rae would be the first to tell us she doesn’t like a fuss being made of her… which is slightly inconvenient, because today we’re making one anyway! 😄

A much-loved member of our community since 2021, Raelene has made yoga a beautiful part of her everyday life. Over the years, we’ve seen her lean into her practice during life’s more challenging moments, and just as importantly, we’ve watched her generously extend that same support, kindness and care to those around her.

Rae is one of those special people who makes everyone feel welcome. She’s caring, compassionate, genuine, funny, and a friend to all. Whether it’s a warm smile, a thoughtful conversation, or one of her perfectly timed jokes in class, she has a way of lifting the energy in the room and reminding us not to take ourselves too seriously.

At the same time, her commitment to her practice reflects something deeper ~ the understanding that yoga offers a place to return to, reconnect, and find steadiness within ourselves whenever we need it.

Raelene, you are a treasured part of The Base Yoga family. Your support, encouragement, positivity and presence help make our community what it is, and we are so grateful to have you as part of it.

GRADUATION DAY for Miss Olivia from Mums & Bubs class today!

Olivia has been planking and down-dogging for the past few months and is now on the move, so this mini yogi is making class extra challenging for mum, Amber. 😂

With over 30 Mums & Bubs classes attended, I’d say that’s a brilliant innings for Mum & Baby’s shared yoga time together!

Congrats girls. It’s been a pleasure having all the unlimited cuddles and playtime alongside you both.
*oh and this was baby no2 for Amber in her postnatal season.

- Labour Day long weekend Sunday night

Lead by Sally Jensen, this 90 minute Flow to Restore Immersion will be a container for those seeking gentle flow to commence and turning it into rest and restore (Restorative) practise. Sally will also include a wanderlust of meditation into the experience to really take you on a journey into deep rest.

Date: Sunday 8th March
Time: 6pm - 7.30pm
Cost: $35pp
