What are 'wraparound fees'? And how do they apply to you? 💙

Under the AT-HM Scheme (Assistive Technology & Home Modifications), wraparound fees cover the services that get your equipment set-up and maintained:
🛏️ Delivery and setup of your equipment
🛏️ Training so you feel confident using it
🛏️ Repairs and ongoing maintenance
🛏️ Coordination and administration
🛏️ Retrieval of loaned or rented items when no longer needed

Support at Home has moved away from the old bundled model of fees.
You now only pay for services actually delivered, with transparent components so you can see exactly where your funding is going.
