In line with the highly successful WorkSafe Victoria Pain Physiotherapy initiative and current PACE Rural research trial, Workplace Physiotherapy are providing a "Shared-Care Pain Physiotherapy input" where evidence of delayed recovery for patients has been identified.

The initiative is called the Connect Pain Education Program (or CPEP) which implements a biopsychosocial model of care with targeted physical intervention aimed at mitigating barriers to recovery and RTW in conjunction with existing Physiotherapy services.

The aim is to positively influence the course of further management and claim-related outcomes for patients and all parties".

Workplace Physio has engaged with the University of Queensland to provide evidence-based assessment and management techniques for whiplash associated disorder (WAD).

Assessment and management will help you identify contributors to pain, develop pain management skills, and standardise WAD care for the future.

The webinar was attended for GP’s specialists and allied health practitioners.

David is his role as the Vice President of the NSW Branch Council of the Australian Physiotherapy Association, recently attended the APA Awards Evening held in Sydney.

David was involved with announcing and handing out awards.

Our Senior Physiotherapist Scott Peisley has engaged with The University of Queensland (UQ) to complete a Masters of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy.
From the 18/05/2026 - 30/05/2026 Scott completed his intensive course training and examinations at UQ to upskill his musculoskeletal practice with the most current and evidence-based assessment and treatment. Once completed, Scott will become an APA Titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist alongside his APA Titled Pain Physiotherapist credentialing. Great work Scott ⭐️
