BIG NEWS: WHA is adding a new service to the line-up!

Meet our new Pre-employment Mental Health Screening service.

A great candidate needs the right skills for the job. But what about the demands that come with it? Our new screening service helps employers better understand candidate suitability against the psychological requirements of a specific role.

With assessments conducted by qualified and trained mental health professionals, the focus is on role fit, not diagnosis.

National Safe Work Month is almost over. What will actually change?

October has given workplaces plenty to think about, from identifying hazards to supporting workers’ health and recovery. But the real question is what happens when the month ends.

Will that hazard someone raised finally get fixed? Will workers have more say in safety decisions? Will the changes discussed this month become part of everyday practice?

As we wrap up National Safe Work Month, what's one change your workplace will carry into November and beyond?

Your workplace safety plan shouldn't end when an incident does.

If someone in your team were injured tomorrow, would they know where to turn for support? And would they feel comfortable asking for help?

Week 3 of National Safe Work Month is a reminder that safety means more than preventing incidents. It also means planning for recovery, supporting a safe return to work and creating an environment where people can speak up without fear of judgement.

The way a workplace responds after an injury can make a real difference to someone's recovery.

It's worth asking: 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁?
