We recently welcomed the first cohort of the Grass Tree Fellowship to visit our business. It was a special day of learning, sharing and being with them. The Fellowship is Australia's first learning journey for leaders and organisations ready to give nature a genuine voice in how they lead, decide and operate.

As beekeepers we listen to the voice of nature daily. Biggest takeaways from the day:
- leaning into the difficult with the understanding that everything is a cycle and the good will come again, we need the down time and adversity also brings learning.
- nature is healing for our bodies and minds,
- we breath in what the trees breath out - we literally breath for each other 🌳 🫁
- grass trees are ancient beings this one is a over 500 years old.
