200 Hour Teacher Training
We are now offering our world-class 200 hour yoga teacher training completely online. Study asana, pra

nayama, meditation, mantra, philosophy and anatomy with Bess Prescott, Tahl Rinsky, Rose Baudin and Dena Kingsberg. 200hr YTT in person will return again once we are able to safely host them again.

300 Hour Teacher Training Part Time
Our 300 hour teacher training is made up of our 50 hour modules here. We are currently only delivering modules online.

Seven days in Koh Samui.

Two practices a day.
Long breakfasts at a table overlooking the ocean.
Afternoons with nowhere to be.
Dinners that go later than planned.
By day three, shoulders you didn't know were held finally drop.
By day five, a friend you'll keep.

What a week like this does to a nervous system is hard to describe to anyone who hasn't done it.
Sleep deepens, the chatter quiets and a spaciousness opens that might not have been felt since before life filled up.
You fly home and the house feels different. The morning feels different.

The body remembers, give it something worth remembering.

Last week we had the privilege of guiding a beautiful cohort of teachers and practitioners through our 5-day 40HR immersion here in Byron Bay.
